hay my computer set to default as to connect to proxy, there is no proxy, so all my web apps are trying to connect to a proxy and dont connect to the internet, on some you can turn it off going options and setting No proxy, but some just go with your deafult pc setting. How do you change it so your default is No Proxy. Im using Windows XP.Default on Proxy, need to change it to No Proxy.?one day old proxy duuc.net

For Internet Explorer 6.0:
On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings.
Under Proxy server, click to unselect the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
Click OK to close the LAN Settings dialog box.
Click OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
On Internet Explorer 7.0, you click the %26quot;tools%26quot; button instead of the tools menu; the rest is the same.
