Since i have switched to road runner from dial up i haven't been able to use YM. how do i fix it?

when i try to sign on it stops and a screen to change proxy settings appears.Since i have switched to road runner from dial up i haven't been able to use YM. how do i fix it?Unless RoadRunner tells you that you're using a proxy, you are not. A proxy is quite rare.



Set the connection preferences to No Proxies and then try to connect.



If that doesn't work, uninstall Yahoo Messenger, restart your computer and then download the latest version from here: http://messenger.yahoo.com
