How can I use BitTorrent at university (with proxy)?

I'm at university, and I have to use a university internet connection in order to access the web. I really don't understand any of these computer terms or how to change the settings, so I need your help.



Basically, if I want to use the internet, I have to login every time I turn on my PC through ResNet (provided by an ethernet cable connection into the wall).



When I first logged in, to get it to work, I had to change the proxy settings in FireFox so they looked like this:

How I can do something similar to get BitTorrent to work? It won't work and won't start seeding. Here is the Proxy settings page:
