click on 'connections'

click on 'lan settings'

check the box that says 'proxy server'

type the address and the port

check 'bypass.....'

click ok

click ok

type in www.google.com to test: if the proxy is working, then it might take you to google UK or atleast it'll give you a link to GOOGLE UK.
