Help me! AV Security Suite attack!?

I got this virus before but it was called antivirus soft or antispyware soft or something like that. It changes proxy setting for Internet Explorer. I am using Firefox now but I don't want this virus to stay. I deleted it before myself by using Task Manager and opening file location and deleting it. Now it won't let me delete it this time. It keeps asking for permission to continue. How do I delete it easily?!Help me! AV Security Suite attack!?Bleeping Computer’s AV Security Suite (Uninstall Guide)
