1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to tools %26gt; Internet Options
3. Go to the 'connections' tab
4. Hit the 'Lan Settings' button
5. Check 'Use a proxy server for your lan'
6. Enter the address and port into the boxes provided
7. Click 'ok' on every box until they close and you're back in IE
