What you CAN do, however, is use a free proxy.
For an anonymous browser (that uses routers to mask your originating IP), use http://www.torproject.org/ - it'd be my choice.

You won't have to manually search and enter IP addresses and hope they haven't been blocked because the server has their own that they create and use, then when one gets blocked it moved on to the next.
