However, if you are set to use a Proxy server, it's likely (if your network admin is any good) that Internet access is probably blocked for all PC's except the Proxy server, forcing you to use it. You may also have system policies preventing you from accessing the Proxy server settings in the first place so the options listed above may not show up for you.
