How do I switch a proxy setting back to the standard setting?

I was at a computer repair shop trying to show them a problem I was having with my computer. To show the problem I had to go online and in order to get online they had to change my proxy settings. They never returned my settings back to normal afterwards and I've forgotten where they went so I can change it back. The browser I am using is Mozilla Firefox.How do I switch a proxy setting back to the standard setting?First let me compliment you are using a superior browser. :-)
