How can i change my settings so that the byte count won't go thru my isp?

I wish to transfer files to megaupload and then download them on my laptop. However I have a limited transfer cap with my cable isp. How can I change the proxy settings so that the info bypasses my isp's byte counter? I was using a jump drive but now it won't work and I can't afford to just go out and buy another one.How can i change my settings so that the byte count won't go thru my isp?Put simply you can't if you want to use megaupload. To avoind using your ISP you will need to transfer files locally. That could be a USB drive, or you could set up file sharing between the two PCs.
