i downloaded the proxy tool bar for Firefox but when i go to websites and get free proxy addresses and add them to the list it seems ok but when i try to use the i can't go to any webpages i either get a could not load error and some other kind of error;

let the whole thing sit for 12 HOURS and then try again.



when your IP address isnt used for 12 hours, you get assigned a new one.
